About the Journal

Ex-Officio Law Review is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to exploring contemporary legal issues from both national and global perspectives. The journal publishes a wide range of high-quality research articles, conceptual papers, and critical analyses covering various fields of law  including constitutional law, human rights, international law, business law, environmental law, and other emerging areas of legal scholarship.

With a strong commitment to fostering academic dialogue, international collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge, Ex-Officio Law Review serves as an authoritative platform for disseminating legal research findings and facilitating intellectual discussions on the evolving dynamics of law in an increasingly interconnected world.

While providing significant attention to the development of legal systems in Indonesia, the journal also emphasizes comparative legal studies, transnational legal issues, and the interaction between domestic and international legal frameworks. Ex-Officio Law Review is published by the Law Science Study Program, Faculty of Law, Universitas Asahan, and issued three times a year (February, June, and October) on a regular four-month publication schedule.
