Authors are welcome to submit manuscripts to Ex-Officio Law Review. All submissions will undergo an initial editorial assessment to ensure alignment with the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts that meet these criteria will then proceed to a double-blind peer review process before a final decision on acceptance or rejection is made.
Before submission, authors must ensure that:
Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript (such as figures, tables, photographs, documents, or datasets).
All listed authors have given their consent to be identified as contributors to the work.
Where applicable, research involving human participants, data, or institutions has received approval from a relevant ethics committee and complies with legal requirements in the country of study.
The editorial team reserves the right to desk reject any manuscript that does not meet the minimum quality standards or falls outside the journal’s scope. To improve the chances of acceptance, authors are advised to:
Ensure the manuscript’s research design, structure, and argumentation are clear and well-organized.
Provide a concise title and a self-contained abstract that accurately reflects the study.
