PENGARUH PEMBERIAN MEDIA TANAM DAN DOSIS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) NASA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT TANAMAN GAHARU (Aquilaria moluccensis)

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jln Anggur Lk V Kelurahan Sentang, Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur, Kab. Asahan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor dan empat ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah media tanam terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu M1 = tanah 100%, M2 = tanah + pupuk kandang 50% : 50%. Faktor yang kedua POC NASA terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu P0 = 0 cc/l air/bibit, P1 = 2 cc/l air/bibit, P2 = 4 cc/l air/bibit. Peubah amatan yang diamati adalah pertambahan tinggi tanaman (cm), pertambahan jumlah daun (helai), pertambahan diameter batang (mm). Analisis keragaman menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh media tanam terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman, pertambahan jumlah daun dan pertambahan diameter batang bibit gaharu pada umur 9 MST. Ada pengaruh POC NASA terhadap pertambahan tinggi tanaman dan pertambahan jumlah daun bibit gaharu pada umur 9 MST.Unduhan
