EFEK KOMBINASI BAP DAN NAA TERHADAP MORFOGENENSIS EKSPLAN PELEPAH GANDUM (Triticum aestivum) SECARA IN VITRO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian BAP (6- Benzyl Amino Purine) dan NAA (Napthalene Amino Acid) berserta interaksinya terhadap morfogenensis eksplan pelepah gandum secara in vitro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, Kisaran. Pelaksanaan Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2018. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Faktor I pemberian ZPT BAP (6- Benzyl Amino Purine) (B) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : B0 = 0 ppm, B0,5 = 0,5 ppm, B1 = 1 ppm, B1,5 = 1,5 ppm. Faktor II pemberian ZPT NAA (Napthalene Amino Acid) (N) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : N0 = 0 ppm, N1 = 1 ppm, N2 = 2 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian ZPT BAP menunjukan pengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah kalus,tunas,akar pada umur 8 MST. Dan Pemberian ZPT NAA menunjukan pengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah kalus,tunas,akar pada umur 8 MST. Interaksi pemberian ZPT BAP dan NAA (B/N) menunjukan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati.
