Abstrak

Village development acceleration is an effort to speed up progress from the grassroots level through synergy between communities and local governments. Villages play a strategic role as the foundation of life for the majority of Indonesia’s population. Their potential in natural resources, human capital, and local wisdom must be managed wisely with the support of digital technology to enhance competitiveness, governance transparency, and public services. In this process, communities act as the main drivers of development through cooperation, creativity, and active participation, while village governments serve as facilitators and policymakers. Development acceleration must also consider environmental sustainability and the preservation of local culture to maintain village identity amidst modernization. BUMDes plays a crucial role in driving the local economy, creating jobs, and reducing poverty. Through strong collaboration among communities, village governments, businesses, and educational institutions, village acceleration will produce independent, competitive villages that significantly contribute to realizing an Advanced Indonesia.
