PENYULUHAN HUKUM TENTANG PERALIHAN HAK ATAS TANAH KARENA WARIS, PEMBUATAN SURAT KETERANGAN WARIS DAN PERBUATAN HUKUM (HIBAH, JUAL BELI, DAN APHB)

Abstrak

The transfer of land rights is an important aspect of land law in Indonesia which can occur through inheritance, grants, buying and selling, and the Deed of Joint Rights Distribution (APHB). In the transfer of rights due to inheritance, the Certificate of Inheritance (SKW) has an important position as the basis for proving the legal relationship between the heirs and the inherited land. Without a valid SKW, disputes often arise between heirs and with third parties. Grants, buying and selling, and APHB also demand different legal procedures and compliance for the transfer of rights to be legal and binding. The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide legal counseling regarding the transfer of land rights, the procedure for making SKW, as well as the mechanism of grants, buying and selling, and APHB. The activity was carried out through the delivery of materials, discussions, and questions and answers by involving the community, village officials, and community leaders. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding of the procedure for the transfer of land rights, a reduction in the potential for disputes, and a growing awareness of the importance of legal certainty. Thus, this activity contributes to encouraging orderly land administration, transparency, and protection of community rights in the agrarian sector.
