SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN SENGKETA, KONFLIK DAN PERKARA PERTANAHAN: PENCEGAHAN KASUS PERTANAHAN DI WILAYAH PENDAFTARAN TANAH SISTEMATIS LENGKAP (PTSL)

Abstrak

The outreach activity entitled "Socialization on the Prevention of Disputes, Conflicts and Land Cases: Prevention of Land Cases in Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) Areas" was carried out as part of a form of community service carried out by a team from Asahan University. This activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of the systematic and legal land registration process through the PTSL program as well as providing education about potential land disputes and conflicts that could occur due to lack of legality or disorderly administration. In its implementation, this activity is motivated by the reality on the ground which shows that there are still many community members, especially in rural or peripheral areas, who do not yet have a complete understanding of the legal process for land registration and are not yet aware of the impact of not having legal proof of land ownership, both from a legal and social perspective. This causes various problems such as overlapping ownership, buying and selling land that is not officially registered, conflicts between heirs, and disputes that end in legal proceedings in court. Through this activity, the implementing team provided legal exposure regarding land registration procedures in the PTSL program, the important role of legal documents such as property rights certificates (SHM), and the legal risks if people do not immediately take care of the legal status of their land.
