Abstract

The legal counseling on the establishment and development of law-conscious villages aims to raise community awareness that law exists in all aspects of daily life—social, economic, and village governance. This program seeks to make villages pioneers in local law enforcement, preventing violations, reducing conflicts, and improving community welfare. The counseling emphasizes not only theory but also practical applications, such as resolving disputes through deliberation, managing village administration transparently, and protecting citizens’ rights. Continuous guidance involves village officials, community leaders, and local institutions. Law-conscious villages are expected to become models of development that prioritize not only physical aspects but also social, cultural, and moral values, while empowering citizens as active participants in upholding justice and order.
