Abstract

The research was conducted in a house yard with the address at Tanah Timbul Village, Sei Balai District, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra Province, with coordinates 3⸰08'02.1"N 99⸰35'04.9"E. The aim of the study was to determine the Growth Response of Lemon (Citrus limon L) Cuttings Against Soaking Time in Various Natural Growth Regulators. The design used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the immersion time (P) with 3 levels, namely P0= 0/hour, P1= 1 hour, P2= 2 hours. The second factor is Various Natural Growth Regulators (Z) with 3 levels, namely Z0= No PGR (control). Z1= 300 ml/liter Shallot Extract, Z2= 1 liter 100% Coconut Water. The observed variables were: shoot emergence (days), shoot length (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of shoots, root length (cm), and percentage of live cuttings (%). The results showed that the response time of immersion of natural growth regulators resulted in very significantly different results on the observation parameters of root length with 2 hours of immersion (P2) for 21.57 cm, and on other observation parameters the results were not significantly different. The response of various natural growth regulators on the parameters of observation of the age of shoot emergence showed very significantly different results, on the root length parameter the results showed significantly different results. while the age of shoot emergence of the onion extract treatment (Z1) resulted in the fastest shoot emergence age of 9.72 days, and the root length results obtained in the treatment of the longest onion extract (Z1) 20.43 cm, and other observation parameters showed no different results. real. The interaction of the response time of immersion and various types of natural growth regulators on the observed parameters showed that the results were not significantly different for all the observed parameters.
