PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GAME BASED LEARNING TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP BARISAN DAN DERET BERBANTUAN BATERIKA

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Game Based Learning (GBL) learning model on the understanding of the concept of sequences and series assisted by BARETRIKA at XIth class students of SMA Swasta Daerah Air Joman in 2024/2025 Academic Year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a random subject research design (pretest-posttest group design). The population in this study are all classes XIth-1 and XIth-2) which are taken by property random sampling.  XIth-1classs as an experimental class uses the Game Based Learning (GBL) learning model and XIth-2 clss as a control class with a direct learning model. After completing the learning, a posttest is obtained with an average result of the experimental class of 78.39 and the control class of 67.78. The results of the t-test obtained = 4.18 = 1.67 then accepted, thus it is obtained that there is an influence of the Game Based Learning (GBL) model on the understanding of the concept of sequences and series assisted by BARETRIKA at XIth class students of SMA Swasta Daerah Air Joman in 2024/2025 Academic Year.
