PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PENDAMPING PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN DI KABUPATEN ASAHAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of competence and compensation on the performance of the companion program of the hope family in Asahan district simultaneously and partially. The types of data used are primary data, namely questionnaires given to respondents and secondary data in the form of previous research journals, books. The research sample was 82 people. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis using SPSS software. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that the value of Fcount > Ftable, that is, the value of F count> F table, which is 4.128 > 3.11, with a sig value <0.05, simultaneously competence and compensation have an effect on the performance of PKH Facilitators. And the results of the t-test show that the competency variable tcount> ttable, namely 2.869> 1.990, with a sig value <0.05, then partially competence affects the performance of PKH facilitators and on the compensation variable t count > t table, namely - 0.075 < 1.990, with a sig value > 0.05, partially compensation has no effect on the PKH facilitator's performance, and the R² value is 72% competence, compensation is able to explain the PKH facilitator's performance while the remaining 28% is explained by other variables outside of this research model that have not been studied.
