PELATIHAN BUDIDAYA HIDROPONIK UNTUK PENINGKATAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DITENGAH PANDEMI COVID 19 DI DESA SILO BARU KECAMATAN SILAU LAUT KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Abstract


Food security at the household level is the foundation for community food security, which in turn becomes a pillar for regional and national food security. Food security is realized when in general two aspects have been met at once. The first is the availability of sufficient and even food for the entire population. Second, every resident has physical and economic access to food to meet the nutritional adequacy to live a healthy and productive life from day to day. In the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic we are required to be active and innovative in our efforts to find solutions to improve food security. One form of effort that can be done by mastering the understanding of vegetable cultivation with hydroponic system, we can do it in the yard without having to bother to prepare a large land, we simply use our yard to be able to grow vegetables with this hydroponic system.
