PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS TPACK DI MTS NURUL IMAN SIPAKU AREA

Abstract

The training program titled “Workshop on the Implementation of TPACK-Based Learning Models at MTS Nurul Iman Sipaku Area” was conducted as a community service initiative aimed at enhancing teachers’ competencies in integrating technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge. The results indicate that teachers gained new insights into the application of TPACK in designing technology-based learning plans. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including teachers’ limited understanding of TPACK, lack of technical training and mentoring, inadequate infrastructure, absence of school policies supporting digital transformation, and difficulties in adapting to curriculum changes. These issues hinder innovation in teaching, reduce the effectiveness of curriculum implementation, and limit both teachers’ and students’ digital literacy. The training is expected to serve as an initial step in encouraging teachers to become agents of change in promoting technology-based quality education.
