SOSIALISASI PENCEGAHAN STUNTING PADA REMAJA MENUJU TERCIPTANYA GEBERASI EMAS TAHUN 2045

Abstrak

The socialization program on stunting prevention for teenagers at SMAN 3 Kisaran aims to equip young people with knowledge about balanced nutrition, reproductive health, and healthy lifestyles. Stunting affects not only height but also brain development, productivity, and overall human resource quality. As future parents, teenagers must understand the importance of maintaining their health, delaying early marriage, and avoiding risky behaviors. The program highlights the role of youth as agents of change who can spread accurate information and serve as role models in their communities. With support from families, schools, society, and the government, stunting prevention becomes a major investment in realizing Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045—healthy, intelligent, and globally competitive.
