Abstract

mathematical communication skills assisted by the Math Riddles application in class VIII students at MTs. ALWASHLIYAH 64 Pasar Lembu. This study uses a total random sampling technique which is included in the quantitative research method. In addition, this study found that the samples used were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of data analysis show that the instruments used are valid and reliable. The population in this study were class VIII students at MTs. ALWASHLIYAH 64 Pasar Lembu, with a research sample consisting of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The instrument used was a test. The results showed that the mathematical communication skills of students who applied the Treffinger learning model assisted by the Math Riddles application were better than students who used the direct learning model, with an average of the experimental class of 72.32 greater than the control class of 58.00.
