Abstract


Air Joman Village is one of the villages in Air Joman sub-district, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. Air Joman Village is an area that is appropriate and appropriate to carry out legal counseling related to Measuring Legal Certainty on Land Compensation Certificate. Compensation Certificate for land is an important matter relating to the validity of land data documents for the realization of ownership on the basis of rights that have been determined by the legal rules of the Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960. The method used in this activity is to provide education. , training, and legal assistance and counseling to the community so that the public can know and understand the basic principles of a Land Compensation Certificate in a fair manner for every community who uses land for the public interest The activity is focused on efforts to measure the legal certainty of the compensation certificate for the land in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Agrarian Law Number 5 of 1960. The forms of output targeted are unaccredited national journals, modules and textbooks entitled The Importance of Land Registration for the Air Joman Community.
