APLIKASI E TILANG PADA PERKARA PIDANA LALU LINTAS (STUDI KASUS DI KANTOR SATLANTAS KISARAN)

Abstract


E-ticketing is the process of resolving traffic violations cases using technology and communication systems. The e-ticket system aims to prevent the practice of illegal levies which have been carried out several times by traffic police that have disturbed the public and the public themselves who offer bribes to traffic police officers. The legal basis for implementing the E-ticketing system is Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, Supreme Court Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Resolving Traffic Violation Cases. The problems in this thesis are: How is the implementation of E ticketing in preventing the practice of extortion by the police at the SATLANTAS Kisaran office and what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of E ticketing at the Kisaran Kisaran office.
