PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS EKSPOSISI SISWA KELAS X DI SMA TAMAN SISWA KISARAN TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract


This study aims to describe the ability of students to write expository texts in class X SMA Taman Siswa Kisaran before using the Think Talk Write learning model, describe the ability of students to write expository texts in class X SMA Taman Siswa Kisaran after using the Think Talk Write learning model and analyze the effect of the Think Talk Write learning model on the ability of students to write expository texts in class XI SMA Taman Siswa Kisaran in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. The method used in this study is a quantitative experimental research method. The population of this study was all students of class X SMA Taman Siswa Kisaran totaling 60 students where Class X-1 as many as 30 students as the experimental class and Class X-2 as many as 30 students as the control class. Data collection techniques with tests and documentation. Based on the results of the post-test, the experimental class had an average score of 79.16 and the control class had an average score of 66.66. With a significant value obtained greater than the table, namely 39.06> 2.00. This proves that there is an influence of the Think Talk Write learning model on the ability to write expository texts of class X students of SMA Taman Siswa Kisaran in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
