PENYULUHAN PENGARUH TEKNIK HYPNOBREASFEEDING TERHADAP PENGELUARAN ASI PADA IBU NIFAS DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DARUSSALAM KOTA MEDAN TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Abstract There are several methods to increase the secretion of oxytocin, a hormone that helps increase breast milk production. These methods include relaxation techniques, looking at pictures of babies, utilizing Hypnobreastfeeding, consuming warm drinks, stimulating the nipples, and performing oxytocin massage. The results of previous studies showed that no mothers felt a decrease in breast milk production after Hypnobreastfeeding therapy. Of all respondents, 40 mothers reported an increase in breast milk production after using the Hypnobreastfeeding technique. No mother experienced the same breast milk production before and after receiving the Hypnobreastfeeding technique. The researcher feels responsible for providing education and support to postpartum mothers about the application of the Hypnobreastfeeding Technique and its benefits. The goal is to increase postpartum mothers' knowledge about non-pharmacological methods, especially the application of the Hypnobreastfeeding Technique, to increase breast milk production.
