Consumption of Fe tablets is closely related to hemoglobin levels in pregnant women, the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets obediently in accordance with the recommendations of health workers really needs the support and assistance of husband or family. To analyze the relationship of husband's support with the compliance of pregnant women in the third trimester of consuming Fe tablets at Puskesmas Panyabungan Jae Kabupaten Mandailing Natal in 2022. This study uses an analytical survey method using a cross sectional time approach. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling or the entire population of all pregnant women in the third trimester at Puskesmas Panyabungan Jae tahun 2022. as many as 30 respondents. The results showed that from 30 respondents, from 10 respondents, husbands did not support almost all third trimester pregnant women who did not comply with consuming Fe tablets as many as 9 people (64.3%), husbands supported and obedient mothers took Fe tablets as much as 1 person (6.2%), while who received the support of their husbands, 20 respondents were pregnant women in the third trimester who did not comply with consuming Fe tablets as many as 5 people (35.7%) and 15 pregnant women who obeyed (93.8%). The results of the Chi Square statistical test (x²) with a p value of 0.000 which means p value <0.05 indicates a relationship between husband's support and the compliance of pregnant women in the third trimester of consuming Fe tablets. There is a relationship between husband's support and the compliance of pregnant women in the third trimester of consuming Fe tablets. Keywords: Husband's Support, Compliance, Third Trimester Pregnant Women, Fe Tablets.
