INOVASI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN: STUDI KASUS DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA DAN KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

Abstract


ABSTRACT
Innovation has positive perception, so it must be done by advancing the values of integrity, because it
does not mean breaking along beneficial to the benefit and gratifying the society. This innovation of
healthcare services aims to be easier, faster, more comfortable, even cheaper. The measures of health
service innovation policy are conducted through: 1) health facilities investment; 2) Provision and
development of human resources health; 3) Improvement of health service mechanisms; 4) to enable
private clinics; and 5) Quality control and cost control.This research uses qualitative descriptive methods
and literature studies, by conducting review literature according to the necessary data as the primary and
secondary material of this research. The result of this research that the regional head responds positively
to JKN program which is one of the health services, because it affects the welfare of the society. For
example, in Koja Provincial Government Hospital of Special Region in Capital City of Jakarta implement
innovation with a system called SIPIL DOYAN JALAN (Sistem Pilih Dokter dan Waktu Pelayanan) an
outpatient participants JKN-KIS. This system is mainly to increase service time while paying attention to
access and service quality. While the Blambang Region Hospital District of Banyuwangi is doing
innovation known "GANCANG ARON" is an abbreviation of the anticipation cluster prevent long
queues with deliver drug to the patient's house.
